It coudn't be easier. the jetta uses a different type of seal (glued in with urethane) the Vanagon is strictly a rubber gasket..I buy WS for $100 and mostly the old rubber is usable. You might check with WCM or a supplier for a new rubber and go to the $125 place and hand them the new gasket..Generally they don't care and new rubber makes his/her job simple.
