You sure nailed that one. Since 1977 I have run only Volvo 240's, Vanagons and airhead BMW's. Life was good, life was simple. No need to test drive a new one, no reading road tests and consumer reports. The most tasking decision was which color to buy. Then, one by one productuon of these evergreen vehicles ceased. I keep a mint '90 Volvo stored most of the year and I have an R-bike with less 5Kmi. on it. I only wish I had the foresight to stuff away the last Snycro I saw on the showroom floor.
