The idle control motor is the cylindrical device on the top of the intake manifold. the FIRST thing you need to do is take it off (it's held by the hoses and a rubber hoop type affair) and run carb cleaner/brake cleaner through it..reinstall it..Better? No? remove the right (pass side) tail lamp..there is a black "relay" there ..notice how it's pointed with the "open" end up?..remove it and carefully pry the cover off ...notice all the white and green corroison? it's been full of water at least once.(if not now!)..TV tuner cleaner and a tooth brush.....reinstall..better? Pray that you can find a good used one! they were $200 new last I checked!..When you put the old/new one back in? install it the "right" way up!
