Subject: Auxillary Heater question...
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"

My rear heater was dripping a very small amount of coolant (approx 1 drop every 5 minutes). It was enough for me to be concerned as I could smell the coolant while driving. I pulled it apart and inspected everything. The core is fine and doesn't appear to be leaking. However, it seems as if it is coming from the flat rubber o-ring on the on/off switch part (don't know what it is called). I pulled it apart and put rubber gasket seal over the two pieces. I can't see any aparent leaks but I occasionally smell coolant when the heater is running. Should I just replace the o-ring and try all over again??
