Ah... It took me awhile to figure this one out (just last weekend)... Pull the drivers side wheel, loosen the front bolt, get a 1/4 13mm socket with a small 1/4 breaker bar. This will get behind the slave cylinder from the bottom and hold that pesky loose rear bolt. Take another ratcheted 13mm socket and loosen from the top. Easy once you get the hang of it. I will admit to swearing at the stoopid German design engineers who could have made it a lot easier by providing access from the side for an open end wrench.
