Subject: Pumping Brakes

I just replaced my rubber flex lines on my 81 westy. Bled them with one man bleeder.

Prior to swapping the lines I was feeling a little "pulsing" in the brakes when I stepped on the pedal. No pumping was necessary.

Now, I am having to pump the brakes twice to have firm pedal. The pedal holds...it does not slowly go to the floor indicating a leak.

The pulsing is gone.

Rechecked lines for air the old fashioned way(driver pumping brakes and pressure to pedal while I release bleeder) and verified no air..........just clean fluid.

Any ideas? Is there an adjustment to the rears?
