I think this needs work -- cooling system pressure ranges from a slight vacuum to close to 15 psi when the cap starts venting. All of these pressures are normal under some conditions, and abnormal under others. Takes an expert system with access to other conditions (outside temp, motor load, rpm etc) to decide whether a given condition is a problem.
