Yes to all you mentioned. Depending on the mileage and general condition of the van you might want to check into all the rubber hoses (fuel, coolant, etc.) that won't be replaced with the engine. The TiiCo website says you can reuse your injectors, pressure regulator, and exhaust system (2.1L only) but it seems to me that it's kind of a false economy to reuse relatively inexpensive pieces with a brand new engine. Since you'll end up with a bit more power make sure your brakes are real good too.
