If so this is part of the 'First Class' Kit ... Steve does sell the entire kit, but probably not the 'trombones' seperately... However, Paulchen also makes 'V Channels' that attach at the same points as the 'trombones' to hold the wheels. These probably work better for skinny tires than the 'tronbones'... The 'V Channels' come as part of the Economy Class bike kit...
