The Safari Trek "IS" an excellent vehicle, no question about it. I have been involved with the Trek for about 10 years, so if you have any particular questions I will be happy to answere, or get the answere for you.

I personally prefer the older Trek's that were built on the Izuzu chassis. It is even equiped with an exhaust brake. Gets great fuel economy, and the engine will run forever (or close to it).

The coach part is made exactly the same as it's very expensive big brother's with alum. sidwalls, fiberglass roof, solid wood interior (there is no wrap or partical board on the interior, solid Alder wood). I comes with solar panels, a 1000 watt inverter, generator, more than adequate holding tanks, jacks, and on and on.

Just last weekend we had the Safari Winter Homecoming Ralley here at the Orlando Fairgrounds. Had about 1000 Safari's including many Trek's.

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.
