While on the road:

Easy enough if you use Hotmail while on the road and keep a home POP mail account at home/office. You can subscribe to the Vanagon List twice: once with the Hotmail subscription set it to NOMAIL and again with the POP mail account subscription set to MAIL (or DIGEST). Then when in a cyber cafe, or wherever, you can send to the List with your Hotmail account and receive email from your base ISP email using hotmails OPTIONS. -Larry Thanks to Jason Yasment for originally suggesting this to me
