I think you are referring to the 'trombone' attachments that hold the bike wheel in place? If so this is part of the 'First Class' Kit ... Steve does sell the entire kit, but probably not the 'trombones' seperately...

However, Paulchen also makes 'V Channels' that attach at the same points as the 'trombones' to hold the wheels. These probably work better for skinny tires than the 'tronbones'... The 'V Channels' come as part of the Economy Class bike kit... I have a new Economy Class kit for sale... pmail me if you are interested.

This comes as part of the basic rack order. Perhaps you can find one for sale as I don't think they are necessary for a light weight load.
