Ever wonder why the rageous folks always seem to have expensive or fast cars. Puzzle this...you just spent 40,000 clams put yourself in debt up to your earlobes to impress other people with your savvy purchase. It's rated at 0-60 in 5.6seconds with a top speed of 140. BUT

Your stuck in traffic behind a doofus in a white vanagon who obviously doesn't get it. .

The balding old fart is grinning while YOU'RE fuming. You get madder and madder and when you finally pass the stupid bastard in your expensive ride, you flip him off, yell some obscenities and watch in your rearview mirror at the doofus and his grin while you slam into a retaining barrier and the doofus motors gently by with a nice wave and the grin...

Every time that wheel goes around, you're bound to cover just a little more ground. (apologies to Jerry).

Had you stopped and accosted the grinning idiot in the white vanagon, you might have noticed he wasn't impressed with your rage and kept on grinnin' When you opened the door to yank him out of the van ... fade to black.

You can't control what he has, you can only control what you have.

Get trained in personal protection. Doji stick, chemical weapons, tazer, deadly force whatever suits your level of comfort.

Flight is the first call. Get away. If the flight is blocked and the threat is there, your training will provide your next response. Train for it. It must be in the boot rom. Under extreme stress you operate on automatic. Whatever the training dictates is what you will more than likely do.

So prepare yourself for this sort of eventuality. Escape and evade is the very best first response. Don't even acknowledge the assailant, just go away and quickly. If he's out of his car at your door, leave him without even a glance.
