Well it will, really..the Bosch VE pump has enough capacity for over 100
hp..HOWEVER

RIGHT!
It's called and aneroid and it effectively move the maximum fuel stop in the
pump based on the pressure against it...Some NA diesels have them as an
altitude compensator..as you go up? the fuel stop moves to a lower setting
I believe that the ECO-Diesel had them and they were not hooked to the
manifold
WITHOUT this item, if you se the pump to deliver the fuel for your maximum
power, it will be over-fueled until the turbo spools up...big black cloud as
you pull away from the light..(which sticks rings and the like)
