I though Hawaii was the only place with a screwed up mail system. I have sent two items there and it took on average 6 weeks.

Usually for California from here it is 5 business days. Sometime smeg happens!

Hi All,

Last December 2000, I bought a BlueStar/WhiteStar brochure from eBay. It was mailed (postmarked) 12/19/00. Would you believe I just received it TODAY? It took nearly 2 months to get here. Now I know why they call it "snail mail".

Anyway, I will post this brochure in a webpage as soon as I can get a flatbed scanner. You can preview a rough photo of the front page at:

<A HREF="http://hometown.aol.com/bentbtstr8/bluestarwhitestar.html">Vanagon Cafe bluestar/whitestar brochure</A>

For those unfamiliar with this line, the WhiteStar and the BlueStar were special Edition Vanagons (T3's) much like the TriStars. I believe these were only manufactured for domestic consumption. I can't read the German text so I don't know if they were offered w/ the Syncro option. However, English or German, I don't see any mention of the "Syncro" anywhere on the brochure.
