Fuel Economy? Ba, Ha, Ha, Ha, Ha!!! I'm lucky to be getting 10mpg. city driving. I know what it is too---the throttle positioning switch--have to take time, rip it out and replace it (Later model 85--single switch buried under the throttle body.) I remember both my older, no,computer, carburated Bugs, getting one hell of allot better gas mileage than this bottomless money pit!
