There was an outfit called Mid-Engineering who sold a universal frame for installing install a 425ci-455ci Oldsmobile big block V8 in virtually any car. The one engine tiny engine compartment PIC in the magazine article looked like a mid-engine installation with a 423ci (?) IIRC. MSDS installation is Chevy 350 ci in the rear -engine configuration.
