Subject: Need remedy for a blank display on radio
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii

Hi All,

Will I've searched the archives high and low to find out if there have been any postings on what to do with a Heidelburg cassette/radio that has a blank display. I got this one via E-Bay with the code. But when I hook it up all I get is a flashing red light near the volume/on-off control dial. The PO states that this unit is from a '92 Corrado. So I'm appealing to the list for any info. or guidance on re-activating the display. Once this is done, then I know the procedure for entering the code to get the radio out of "safe" mode.

Thanks again for your help,

Steven '86 Transporter '91 Westy
