       Ordered my kit from Berg.  Just looked at the charges posted to my 
Visa.  $85.40 CND.  Ya gotta be in love with you Vanagon to pay this kinda 
dough for a shifter upgrade !  'Course it's partly due to living in the Great 
White North with the crappy $ value.  US $ charge for one kit w/extension and 
shipping to Canada came to $55.43 which came to 85.40 Canadian Loonies.  Just 
a heads up to you Canucks who are thinking of ordering this item.
