Conduit pipe is meant to be bent easily and stay that way. If you made your sway bars with this stuff. The first turn will twist them out of shape. Sway bars are usually made of solid rod spring quality steel. Only recently did a few manufacturers started using tubes for sway bars. When you twist them, they are designed to spring back very close to the original shape they were formed into.
