B-quiet just cuts it into nice squares for you. I bought an entire roll of Emco Progard (that's 195 sqaure feet) for about a hundred bucks Canadian. It was 40 cents a square foot plus tax or something. I know Alistair Bell said he got his roll for $70 CDN (jeeze - I got mine from my brother in law who works for a ROOFING CO and that's the best price I got. He's not getting anything from me for his birthday. HA!).
