I am trying to figure out which way the canvas is oriented to the aluminum
strips in a '91 Westy.  The guy I got this one from did a botch job
replacing the canvas, therefore I am doing it again and didn't get to see
the way the canvas was originally installed.


So, does the AL strip on the poptop side go outside the canvas, or inside?


On the lower AL strips, does the canvas fold from the outside under, leaving
the AL strip inside, or does it install with the AL strip outside?


Should you take up slack in the top or the bottom of the canvas?
