Gee surprise, wish my first real problem was a bit more original. But, I drained the green stuff out today, and was "flushing" for lack of a better word. I wanted to just see if I could get it all back in prime easy or not with just water before I ended up dumping my orange stuff in (oh I just gotta be me I guess). Anyway, kinda glad I did, cuz well for one thing, that little knurled knob that is supposed to spit air when you open it? Well I can't get nuthin out of that thing to save my life, I can open it till I'm blue in the face and nothing ever comes out, water or air. Do these stupid things ever plug up ? Can I unplug the little rat? Also, as it that ain't enuf, the little 13mm (head size) bolt on top of the horrid plastic radiator? Is it supposed to have a groove thang (yeah baby) in it? Cuz it's just a bolt, no groove thang. Nothing comes outa there either unless I take it out.... what's up with my bleeders? I managed out of sheer determination to get it basicaly ok (well probably not), it was running at ok temp and all, had all hot hoses, but still no air in the front heater. Do have heat in the rear one though. Help? Thanks so very much, mark... |
