The Dry Chemical extinguisher found in most campers would be suitable for a kitchen fire at best. I would not want to stand around and try to put out an engine fire with any type of extinguisher. Much cheaper and effective to replace your fuel lines. I don't see why WBX's would be any more susceptible to fire than any other FI car.
