I am vanagon shopping and want to check my facts.

19??-1989- No rear shoulder belt in camper, no head rest 1990-1991- Rear shoulder belts in camper, no head rest 1990-1991- Multivan has shoulder belts and head rests.

Is it possible to retrofit shoulder belts on both rear sides of pre 1990 vanagons?

Is it possible to retrofit head rests on Campers
