<The Temp II gets blamed for a lot of problems and usually is responsible for a bunch. Extra air getting in ahead of the O2 Sensor will cause your engine to run rich but since the O2 Sensor doesn't kick in until it gets warmed up it is not likely causing the cold idle problem -- that could be a problem with either the Temp II or the ISU maybe the Warm Air Valve (squeeze the fat braided hose going into the intake boot with a pair of plyers when the engine is idling cold, if the speed drops the Valve may be bad -- when the engine is warm it shouldn't change).>

Squeezing the aux. air line should make the rpms drop when cold and should make no difference once hot. No? Jay '85 Westy
