Hi,

I recently installed Relays on the H4' Headlights to the van just last week. I've been told by an Auto-Electrician there is about a 50% improvement in the lighting. I'm not sure about that but the improvement is beyond expectations. Thanks Phil Lander for your assistance and the tip on the Web Page.

Phil's recommendation was for 2 relays for High Beam (L&R Circuit). I added another relay for Low beam. 3 Relays in all.

Phil's Link Page is ...

Wiring Page is;

I travelled from Canberra to Sydney in the evening and they were great(3hrs). If you haven't done it I fully recommend it. With the Square Headlights it really improves things.

For those in North America who don't have H4's, I fully recommend them. They came standard in Australia.

David Marshall has kits for H4's http://www.fastforward.ca/

Other than that an Auto-Electrician should be able to do the wiring upgrade if you don't feel comfortable cutting and splicing wiring looms.

Best Regards,

Chris
