Techtonics sells one that is also sold by Harbor Freight. I paid $12 but they are on sale now for $10, item 30756. It has a 1M ohm impedence. When I put the leads together, with the switch on 200 ohms, I get a reading of 0.4 ohms. I subtract this from the ohm readings. For the money, it works well.
