Check out the links section on Vanagon.com for local clubs and organizations (I'm not sure about Nebraska but you never can tell). Also, bop down to your local news stand and grab a copy of Dune Buggies and Hot VW's or VW Trends. They will usually have some swap meet/show/events listings.
