I was checking my belts today and noticed a couple of things... first of all what is the vacuum related thing attached to the end of my accelerator linkage? It's connected via a tie-rod to the throttle linkage and clamped on the driver's side of the engine. Well, the nut holding it's bracket in place was gone and it was flopping around on top of my engine.

Second, at the front of the engine compartment on the driver's side-middle there is a hose-type connector with no hose connected to it. There doesn't appear to be any hoses not connected and the van it running fine.

Couldn't find any of these in the Bentley's; but then again if you don't know where and what your looking for in the Bentley's you'll never find it.

Thanks in advance.

Robyn Seattle 91 Syncro Westy
