To answer my own questions, with help from Coyote and Joel Walker...

15 feet. But as Joel pointed out, remember to leave space to open the hatch and walk around.

> Width (overall and width at/of poptop would help)

6'1" or so without mirrors. I forgot to measure the width of the poptop.

> Height of a 2WD non-Carat Westy WITH TOP UP (I think the > consensus was that they are about 6'10" tall when closed).

Right around 10 feet. It was cold and dark and I was measuring on snow in my gravel parking spot, so there's a little +/- error there, but hooking the tape on the front of the flat seal to the ground was 120 inches.
