That twitchy foot feeling might be attributable to a poorly adjusted

bugging me for a while -- I decided to try disconnecting my O2 Sensor (Bosch
one wire type about 4 months old). The engine ran great when cold --
nothing new here. When it warmed up the off idle stumble was not present
BUT there were some odd RPM fluctuations at what should have been a constant
speed (like my foot got twitchy) and the idle went to crap. By the time I
pulled into the parking lot at work it was barely idling.
