I just requested a price quote from Jet-Hot (www.jet-hot.com) for coating the S&S header system. They also offer a direct sale package, where they obtain the headers from the manufacturer, coat them and send them directly to the customer, saving on shipping costs.

I will forward the quote(s) to the list when I get them.
