Subject: Can't Believe the Van Prices on eBay
Content-type: text/plain; charset="US-ASCII"

I have been looking at eBay trying to get comparative prices for an '87 Cabriolet (for my sons who turn 16 today). I can't believe the prices on later model Vanagons (nonWesty). WOW! There are 3-4 '90 and '91 models at auction all currently under $4500! Where were these last Summer when I was trying to find a decent van for the wife of a co-worker? She settled for a Chrys___r minivan because the pickings were so slim...her loss :<

Hans has new rotors sitting in the garage waiting for me to give him new stopping power at 160K. Yesterday the coolant temp light came on for the first time in almost a year...damn gremlins. Otherwise he's going for 200K, strong and proud.

Fritz came out of hibernation and went for a short five mile spin after only needing a two minute boost with the battery charger....Hurry Spring, Hurry!

Just a reminder to those that can make it....Van get together next Saturday in Columbus' Goodale park 11 to 2 (?)...all are welcome.
