Larry, Not always true--- New starter, New ignition switch, New neutral safety switch, New wire to starter solenoid from neutral safety switch, twice the diameter of stock. Still suffers from occasional, no start syndrome. Wired in a auxiliary starter button from the battery, to the starter signal wire, off the neutral safety switch, to the solenoid----problem solved. Took all of 45 minutes to solve this PITA problem. The relay will also cure this. but I was in a hurry, and I didn't have a relay, but had a starter button off a D-8 Caterpillar.

Later,
