Does anybody have any opinions on the rebuilt transaxles offered out
there?   I  see Ranchero Performance offers a rebuilt ready to go.   Is
it worth buying a used Vanagon transaxle?   My opinion  (which could be
wrong)  is that any Vanagon transaxle still out ther has had its life
spent.
  Are there any alternatives?
