First of all thanks to everyone who indicated that the loose part was the Cruise Control Vacuum/Actuator. Fixed that today. Needs to be tested, but all of the shaking going on here I will leave that to another day.

Secondly, it was the bleeder valve for the clutch. Not missing a hose at all.
