If I can make em look worthy to be in my van :) I would like the cloth and the cushions better than the vinyl/plastic ones that I have now. >> John, This is what I've done on several occasions: While the seats are out of the vehicle, I sprayed them thoroughly with "Simple Green" (some other detergent type cleaner may be substituted) I scrubbed any areas which had heavy soiling, Then took them out in my driveway to hose down. They came out looking brand spanking new. It took one day of warm weather to dry out. I later found that the pressure washer at the local self service carwash works even better, I use the wash cycle to soap it up, then rinse off. To speed drying, I then used the vacuum cleaners. Of course, perform at your own risk. This worked for me but not necessarily for everyone. If the upholstery is too worn for this operation, they are probably not worth cleaning.
