I'm looking at page 19.13 in Bentley. The "first pressurized tank" on the left side, is called the "Coolant expansion tank" and the "second overflow tank" on the right side (that you can see behind the license plate) is called the "Refill tank". I personal do not like the terms as to me the "first tank" on the left is a "Reservoir tank" , and then when the coolant expands it goes into the second "right tank" or 'expansion tank. I tried to be specific in my post. Malcolm

====================================================

What is the list's consensus on the names for the plastic coolant tanks? The pressurized one is "Expansion" and the fill tank is "Overflow"? I am not sure when people write in what they are tanking about. What does the Bentley and/or VW call them?
