Actually, my "new" alternator produces 120Amps -- it's the alternator used in my TDI conversion :)

Nice drawing! At first glance, looks very good. You'll need 30-amp fuses on each high-beam circuit, though -- I don't know whether the fuse holders are rated for that or not. If not then you'd want to split each high-beam circuit in two, means running an extra wire out to each headlight cluster. Just to be clear, you're talking about close to 40 amps total for your high-beams -- that's over half your practical alternator output right there (I doubt if it produces as much as 80 amps hot...).
