I have some European rear taillight lenses coming in at the end of the
month - this will give you rear fog lights as well.  They are totally
compatible with the North American plugs - just no fog lights (obviously!)


Price for the pair (front and rear assembly with bulbs) is $40 USD plus $10
USD for mail delivery anywhere in Canada or the USA.
