Chris, fellows and fellaws: I installed a third brake light in the lower border of the hatch glass. It is a JCWhitney compact 20-LED light. I threaded a wire from the driver-side taillight wire cluster, up into the lateral air vent. Drilled a hole from the vent into the ceiling (the closest to the front edge as my hand and drill allowed so it will hide behind the vent) and fished the wire from the inside. Treaded the wire in the rubber boot going from the post to the rear hatch an finally drill a small hole almost under the glass gasket. The light sticks to the glass and the wire is twisted inside the hatch, behind the panel. Took me almost 1 hour to do the whole installation.
