Dave, I would consider doing this around the window mouldings---- Lift up on the rubber a bit and then lay a bead of black silicone in there. Take a rag with some mineral spirits on it, and wipe off the excess.it will seal up the moulding, and won't look like CA CA. As far as the seams go, your on you own on this one. The clear silicone will eventually turn yellow, and look like crap.
