Fellows and fellaws: I have a new question for the electrical and electronic gurus on the lists. I have never seen this topic covered in the list ;>)...

I have been thinking about instaling a headlight relay thus avoiding the passage thru the headlight switch. But... alas there is always a but... right now there are four wires on the battery postivie post: the gross cable to the starter, two wires going to the alternator (tandem) to improve input to the battery (there was a voltage drop to around 11.3V during charging cicles) and another more skinny wire for accesories. I don't know if the battery box would hold another wire in this bunch, specially the hole is already stuffed.

Is there any other way of clipping into some of the wires already there or taking a really big wire (2 or 0 gauge) out of the battery and using a junction or bolt box under the van to distribute the wires. Any ideas or collective brain storm.
