First of all, that axiom is known as P to the 6th power. Also, I must stand up for the USN. By far, the most capable men with whom I have been associated, were ex-Navy Nukes. The submariners were a bit on the flaky side, but no less competent. From what I was told, an entrance interview with Adm. Rickover was more than enough to scare away the faint at heart.
