Pull the e brake on full then try the brakes, if the brake pedal does not
need pumping (or as much pumping) then I would suspect that that the rear
brakes need further adjustment. The "self adjusting" mechanism on the rear
brakes doens't work as well as it should, you really have to get down and
adjust the "star adjusters" onece the rear wheels are back together and the
van is still up on stands.
