Hi, I just got a cheap thin LED lightbar from the FLAPS. I mounted it on the top air conditioner blower housing facing out the back window. I ran the wires from the left tail light up through the holes in the engine deck lid along with the freon hoses. I ran the wire under the trim panel up the left column and tucked them in the seam on top of the blower housing. No drilling required, and it works reasonably well for the small amount of money and effort put into it. Do the 89 weekenders have the ac blower on the roof in the back? If so, do they just not have any ductwork running to the front?
