that's what the all-wheel independent suspension is for, so it handles. you just have to do some work to convince your passenger that it's not going to roll when you're going around a turn. vanagon's don't blow over in the wind the way the old microbuses do. i saw the crash test results. 'volvo go SPLAT!!' sweet merciful crap (to borrow from homer simpson), Teh van kwashes teh volvo past the drivers seat. volvo driver =ouchie. (more probably very dead... and volvos are supposed to be so safe..BWAHAHAHAHA...)
