Does anyone know how to adjust the fresh air vent flaps on an '81 so that freezing cold air doesn't continually come in? I move the sliders over to the right and the flow of air decreases, but still comes through! I removed the whole dash board, what Bentley calls the fascia, and all I could see was the cables went down in front (front as front) of the glovebox area. I have an aftermarket AC taking up space up there and supposed the next step would be to remove it to see where those fresh air vent cables went.. ugh. Is there any other way besides duct tape on the vents to fix this? Thanks! Christopher Darilek 77 & 81 Westfalia |
