Subject: Engine dropout
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"

I may have found what was causing the engine to stop while traveling. It would usually seem to start back up but it was a pain to have to restart it while moving. What I found was that the two ground screws on top of the driver side head appeared to be stripped. Drilled them out and tapped one of them for a 7 X 1 bolt. I couldn't get the tap into the other screw hole to tap it. The air intake tubes were in the way. Fortunately, all of the lugs fit on the new bolt. Will be adding some more grounds but I did have a question. Has anyone else run into this problem and if so, did you find a way to tap the second bolt hole without removing the intake system?

William
